SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Bliss in a Bag uses Sendle and/or other reputable courier companies to deliver Bliss to your door.

Orders are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment, however in times of high demand for our product your order may take up to two weeks to deliver. Delivery may vary between two days to three weeks depending on delivery location and courier company chosen. You will always be given a tracking number allowing you to monitor the journey of your Bliss in a Bag to you.

We would to advise that Cacao is a perishable product and is susceptible to damage if left out in hot letter boxes or in the sun on your door step. It could also be damaged if exposed to wet weather on your door step or in your letter box. While all attempts will be made to ensure you Bliss in a Bag arrives in good condition , Bliss in a Bag and its representatives hold no responsibility for weather condition, postage delays or other events outside of our control. Bliss in a Bag will attempt to assist you where possible to investigate lost or damaged Bliss in a Bag products. Any replacement of damaged or lost items will be made at the discretion of Bliss in a Bag

As the purchaser please make sure the recipient’s delivery address is correct at time of ordering. Bliss in a Bag accept no liability for incorrectly delivered products due to incorrect address given.
